    The seller is pretty firm on the "no returns" policy and knows that the software is out of date for most operating systems but sells it anyway. I am now stuck with software that I can't use and out $33.01 because of it. When I attempted to return it, they said "no returns" and closed the case. Buyer beware of this seller!

    Thank you for the feedback. The listing is very clear on what the item is and what OS it supports and is the responsibility of the buyer to purchase with that in mind. Regarding the return, because it is software, and the nature of the item, I cannot accept returns and this was communicated to the buyer. The listing also indicates that returns are not accepted. All this information was provided up front in the listing. I have sold over 20 adobe software discs with no issue over the past year.
