Seller shipped item quickly with excellent communication at time of purchase. Sadly, the U.S. Postal Service lost the package & I never received it. This should not reflect negatively upon seller. The facility my camera was last reported at has a terrible reputation. I advise sellers & buyers alike to avoid the US Postal Service if at all possible. I have received items from Japan & Europe in 4 days via DHL at same cost.
