After buying this laptop it showed an issue with the webcam and he arranged for it to be collected for diagnosis/repair. Unfortunately DPD trashed it in transit and despite his best efforts he was forced to issue a refund. Great comms, super helpful and a great example for sellers on eBay. Just a shame there aren't more like him. Highly recommended, if you deal with this seller you will have nothing but a positive experience. 5* all round
