However, within a week of installing it (in Missouri, far from salt water), it started rusting. I contacted the seller but after an initial response I received no further communications. I gave it several coats of rustoleum but it's too soon to tell whether or not that will be sufficient. Subsequently, I found an almost identical item for sale for $100- less. It took 2 cans to do so. he will see if the rustoleum works. i ask him "please update me the results". He never update me what going on, i almost refund the money in the second when customer have a problem - look at my all positive feedbacks. So i am really sorry, and willing to refund the money.
