    After receiving such good bags and awesome customer service, never having to return a bag, then I come across this seller who I bought 3 items from and the description of both were incorrect, I choose to keep the first package and the acknowledged their error and sent a return label m, but the 2nd bag was 2inches smaller then described yet the would not sent a return label, I will stick with my normal Japan seller and will NOT shop from this seller again, will look out for any 3rd party sellers
