It was not sealed and the device had signs of used as it was dirty and packaging had been removed from the device. Then there is the function of the device. It does function but it does not track sleep at all. I was of the opinion that it was new when I purchased it myself. The outside of the box was dirty, and I did slide out the plastic packaging holding the wires and wristband, per and for the photos. I did not unwrap or test anything because it looked brand new (ex: the charging wire was wrapped up and had a piece securing it together). I wish that you had emailed me for a refund/return, which I would have gladly honored.
