It shows a corrupt software error and says “Custom” system with KNOX tripped, meaning the phone was literally TAMPERED WITH and CORRUPTED before it even got to me. None of this was mentioned by the seller. The outside scratches like crazy — gray spots everywhere and I’ve never dropped it. Now I’m stuck flashing firmware and maybe buying a new battery. Total ripoff.Follow-up from: 6***t- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.To clarify, the phone showed an error screen with messages like “Cannot read boot image header” and “mmc_read failed,” clearly indicating corruption. That’s why I thought the software was tampered with. After finding others with the same error, it seems a faulty battery caused it. aside from the scratches and faulty battery, the phone itself was pretty good. just be aware that if you buy it, you will most likely have to order a new battery as well to avoid all this.
