The part is in nearly new condition, showing little wear as seen in the photos and as described. The shipping cost was very reasonable and the price of the regulator was very good. Some people do not use a voltage regulator but I prefer to use one to gain some control on the light in the lamp house. I am pleased with the item and seller.
