That's rather disgusting and disappointing. So it wasn't washed/cleaned before it was shipped to me. There wasn't much packing material inside the rather flimsy shipping box. Slow delivery. Fortunately, the item didn't get damage during shipping/was concerned it might have when I received it as the box was dented on one side . Shipper employees aren't always careful when handling and loading parcels.
