This is a designer bag and it was shoved into a box not quite big enough with no protective wrapping. I'm a reseller, and when I ship anything not already wrapped, I protect it with paper or bubble wrap. I told her that the returns are much higher and everyone complains. As you can see this month both my negative and neutral are from handbags. This bag was in fair shape, and it made no sense to put a leather bag in a protective wrapping, if it was fit tightly into a box. If an item is fragile or can be damaged it is packaged properly..as are other positive feedbacks point out. Handbag buyers.. ask questions if you have expectations.

Some of the cables and bottom on the monitor needed to be wiped down but it was the same experience as buying something at a thrift store. Overall great!
