I had already messaged the seller privately, emphasizing the importance of proper packaging: generous bubble wrap and strong double boxes are a must. Unfortunately, that advice seems to have been ignored. Listing was accurate and honest, she was advertised as having box damage and it was (mildly) damaged--no problem since I did not plan on keeping her in it. Everything was intact, nothing was missing.
