I bought this printer the first year it came out and it failed last week. Having cartridges made it very easy to see that this printer was still a baby. Less than 3300 pages and the original cartridge with chip. Shipped perfectly in original and outer box to protect the printer. I am THRILLED and it brought back memories. We had to build a foam surround and frankenstein boxes around it. We are thrilled it made it to the west coast in good shape ! Thank you for the purchase..have fun!
