    Seller cancelled the sale 2 days AFTER I bought it, claiming that someone else had bought it before ?!?!?!? Not a reliable seller-would not rely on a sale that was already agreed upon.

    Prima di annullare l’ordine le ho scritto spiegando la situazione e chiedendo se desiderasse un altro libro in sostituzione. Ho atteso due giorni senza risposta e solo allora ho proceduto. È poi seguita una sua accusa (“Ridiculous lie!”), alla quale ho risposto mostrando l’ordine del cliente che aveva acquistato lo stesso libro due giorni prima (31 luglio/2 Agosto). Mi sono anche scusata per il ritardo nell’aggiornamento del catalogo. Il suo feedback si commenta da solo.
