They did not connect the aux cable to the port in the car initially so I was not getting sound through the unit. Once the aux cable was connected the unit functions as intended. It’s an upgrade over my factory unit. Wireless CarPlay works well. Able to switch back and forth between bmw oem interface. Happy with the features overall and would recommend. Reliability of the unit is tbd as I have only had installed for about a month so we’ll see.
