Only received 24, not 28 charms as stated in her listing. Seller admits her mistake, "knew it was only 24," but typed 28 because it was "late in the evening and [she] was very tired." Seller blames me that I should've counted the charms in the photos, however, not all charms are pictured in the photos because some charms are on top of the others. Seller told me to see her reviews and to return it for a refund which is besides the point. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
