This was part of an order of multiple items. The seller did not allow contact so when they did not arrive was unable to speak to them. The items also had damage to them. Again unable to contact seller to speak with them. have given all but this one positive out of goodwill and not wishing to affect their other sales if preventing contact was a mistake but feel one rating at neutral is justified.

Arrived late and there was a little damage to the corners on some of the books where they had been bent, possibly in transit, possibly not, as the seller does not allow contact, who knows? However these were sold as new and this is noticeable damage. Seller did not allow contact to ask where they were or enquire if there was a problem and even though they have now arrived, is still not allowing contact regarding damage so my only option is to reflect this in the rating.
