When raised issues and requested refund. I was told refund only on return, i am not sure whether the seller expects me to post the empty shells. Anyways I will not be buying further or recommending this seller. You did not contact me on the day of delivery, only later. What issue packaging during transport? I keep getting new stories. The snails were in a test tube that a car could drive over. There was oxygen inside. Snails in unfavorable conditions go into hibernation. They can't die in a day or two. And they can't disappear from the shell. Of course they can be eaten by fish.
