BUYER BEWARE Would not return my very badly scratched up and stained item, definitely not as described . Yelled at me repeatedly with capital letters . Called me a liar ,scammer and other rude ridiculous names. They do not back their product at all..They sell junk and fix photos to cover it up ..Now who's the liar and scammer here? I highly recommend you stay clear of this seller as you will lose money if you buy from them..

Here is her message..."Can you please refrain from shipping this item, I thought the pattern was Romantic Rose to match the back pack I bought on Ebay,I know you can void shipping label so you won't lose any money,,ty.. when tracking showed shipd,she asked for refund, she had not received the item yet. She lowballed for days! I gave her 1/2 off bc she wanted the bag so badly! Tons of pics in listing. SHE LIED and said bag damaged trying to manipluate
