This instrument arrived within shipping terms, and was delivered in perfect condition. All parts wrapped and secured. Upon assembly the most important critical component of the support system, a Factory mounted bracket, was Factory installed incorrectly, the crooked bracket supporting both the microscope/screen where then so out of plum as to prevent the microscope from standing upright and focusing properly. The bracket factory sealed and mounted cannot be adjusted to correct the the issue.
