The vendor packaged the item extremely well and it arrived undamaged! The mixer was exactly as described and portrayed in the images provided. This item is replacing one exactly like it which I wore out over decades of mixing very stiff bread dough every week. They don't make 'em like this anymore! I would have happily paid more for it.
