I am very disappointed with the purchase made.
The saddlebag support is not the one I chose. The saddlebag model, which is not the one I chose either. The ones received have a pair of Velcro straps on the back that are not very secure. I finally chose to buy from their store because shipping was free, however, since it was shipped by Fedex the cost was quite high. A terrible experience.
I forgot to mention that the color of the saddlebags I received are also not the ones I bought.
