BUT -- as an eBay user (buyer & seller) for 25 years, it is *VERY* annoying when a seller lists an item with the "Or Best Offer" option, but then declines EVERY offer even literally a few cents from the "buy it now" price. That's a bait-and-switch technique, used to lure people to your item. It's completely misleading & uncool. If you're not going to accept *anything* below your listed price, then DON'T SAY YOU WILL ACCEPT OFFERS. That's just a lie.
