Had to rebuild the rack and pinion
Reply from: gaugersalvage- Feedback replied by seller gaugersalvage.- Feedback replied by seller gaugersalvage.
Correctly stated, the buyer chose to rebuild this item. They had the option to return it, and until this negative feedback, that is what we thought was happening. The buyer reported an issue we've never encountered before. Our item came from a vehicle that we test drove and wasn't involved in an accident. Without any documentation, we provided a return label. Communication is an important part of using ebay, leaving negative fb when you chose to keep and use an item, it is not appropriate.
