Bag appears new with all the tags and wrap on the handles. Came with quite a few scratches that wasn’t on description. Also due to not being handled and cared for, the left side has discoloration from being swiped or scratched making it grayish, noticeable if looked at. Bag came in just a box without any type wrapping, kind of wack. Shipping cost and arrival, decent. But for the cost of the overall bag, I guess ok. Although, all the damages should have been mentioned.
