It is unacceptable to receive a laptop in damaged condition when it was advertised as being in good condition. This level of negligence from the seller is entirely unacceptable and raises serious doubts about their business ethics. This experience makes it clear that I cannot trust the integrity of the seller and makes me question whether I should consider doing business with them in the future.
