For the cost, I expect it to arrive in better packaging. I contacted the seller and he was very rude and then left me bad feedback that I was a bad buyer because I left a negative review for a damaged item. Leaving negative feedback over a 25-cent cracked jewel case that brand new by the way is pretty petty especially when you didn't bother to contact me before leaving negative feedback. The CD was packed in a standard bubble mailer so precautious were taken. CD jewel cases aren't made very sturdy and can crack no matter how well they are packed.

So technically, it is as described from what they were selling. However the replacement jewel did come scratched, which is a shame. However, this doesn't take away the value from me either way. The case, in my opinion, can easily be replaced. It's the autograph on the cover and the cd which matters to me, more.
