One of my ipads came broken: repeatedly shutting off. the other ipad is working fine and only has minimal scratches on the back. I started a return with ebay that automatically selected both for return and i accidentally missed that: since I only need to return one this isn't helpful. Now I had to close the return and ebay is unable to help me. hopefully ipandaelectronics will make this situation right. I am a single mom and got these for my children and I won't be able to replace the broken one

ipandaelectronics contacted me and sent me a return label for the one that wasnt working properly. they made my problem right. I just ordered a third ipad from them, after getting my refund for ipad number 2. thanks for making it right for me.
