Delightful Seller, friendly communicator, and super fast shipper. This 'unit' is what it is and I knew that going in. It will NOT cool off a room, not even a small one. LOL However it is usable for a minimal close path. I purchased this for my wee doggie and with monitoring, it does provide her some relief, from Southern Heat Waves.
