Although the item didn’t fit me and sadly I had to return it I had no problems whatsoever doing so, they were very helpful and understanding because I really wanted those boots and I really love Merrell they are so very comfortable so I had no doubt that those boots would fit the same way my only problem was that I have really thick calves so I couldn’t get them over my calf muscles l would definitely purchase from them again! They’re Awesome!
