Item sold as is. But the one thing needed to test that it works is not added and was not noted in the sellers description. The hardware to attach the pressure gauge..assume a nut and a gasket was not included. The photos show that the gauge is attached. All missing parts or issues should be noted in the description when something is sold as is. I will not have time to order parts and make the return window is it doesn't work. Disappointed.

Customer thought they did not receive everything and wrote the negative feedback before i could respond to them. I reached out to them the same day explaining that I sent everything as shown in the listing. Customer responded back that they agreed that they had everything after all and had already tested the pressure cooker and it seemed to work fine, and that they would amend their comments, but never did.
