The seller immediately responded offering a partial refund instead of my sending the product back. I declined the offer and within 24 hours the seller contacted me again and said in investigating their inventory found its supplier had provided the wrong products. I was then offered a 100% refund and told to keep what I received due to the inconvenience. A reputable seller on EBay to trust

If you continue to use them you need to bubble wrap your products. I sent an email with images to "GOFO Express" your shipper, telling them they need to be aware that carless handling will result in a poor reputation. The carving frog has a crack due to their negligence. Caught live on the ring cam. I really liked the frog, Could you please send me another. Regards, Doug
