Right after I ordered the radiator, we discovered that it was not needed and immediately within the same day we wanted to cancel the order but sadly your policy didn’t allow for that and now we have to wait until it’s delivered and send it back. It would have saved a lot of time and expense for everyone if there would have been a provision to cancel right after. Can you consider incorporating such a provision? Thanks for your consideration.
