Yes, there were two tiny chips on the base that I did not see. Buyer commented on how well the item was packaged. Buyer (per eBay suggestion) was asked if he wanted to keep the vase and I would refund his entire purchase price and shipping. He chose to send it back, and the costs were all PAID by me, "the seller." I'm sorry that he was unhappy to have written such negative feedback. This is a first.
