The vehicle i put em on is a 89 Cadillac hearse and they do need a adapter. You can message the company and their customer service is top notch. I got the adapters and there is a few modifications to the wiring needed to put the headlights in parallel. The skulls are not that bright and are not programmable. Outside of those very minor issues I'm very pleased by this product. Amd again their customer service is amazing.
