Very bad experience. Jacket full of big holes very visible and not reported in the item description. Seller pretends she didn't see. This jacket is just good for the garbage. Seller's proposal for a partial refund is ridiculous (£15 on £60). Refused my proposal : £30 refund. Currently outside of UK I can't send it back (cost of delivery : £32 !). I already lost £60. NEVER AGAIN !

I'm sorry but it's not my fault that you are abroad and you can't send it back, I've sent a free return label , you would get a full refund. The jacket was sold as used/faded etc., vintage piece, I have accepted your offer 60 instead of 83. Now you wanted 30 back, I said please send it back .
