I ordered on Jan 29, 2 weeks before I needed it. several weeks later, I received notice that it would arrive between Feb 13 and March 1. Then received shipping notification that I would receive on March 1. To date, I have received nothing. BUT my credit card was long ago charged for this item. Very dissatisfied with my experience and will not order again from eBay.
