The Electric derailleur works as you would expect and the installation was easy. About seller service: they are AWESOME!! I made a mistake with the Paypal payment and I needed to cancel my initial order and they agreed to help me cancelling that order so I could place the correct one. So for that, I really think that this seller really went above and beyond to help me and I really recommend them. Also they used Fedex so my shipment was received 5 days after the correct order was placed!!!
