Item did not work properly, when I returned it in a timely manner after being told I would be refunded, the seller is accusing me of switching out a japense console for my 8 year old son who it was a birthday gift. The seller claims the serial number does not match which I’m confused because the item was suppose to be new in an unopened box so how do they know what the serial number is? We returned everything in the original box and are having a hard time getting our money back. Disappointed.
