First item was misrouted through postal service and arrived late. I was away for 2 weeks and was unable to test it when I got back I had a job scheduled for that following weekend . Once I turned on the meter to the flue gases measurement I saw I was getting 2 error codes so it was unuable. I called testo support and was told that these codes indicate that the oxyen sensors have expired and due to the age life is between 2 to 4 years and the unit is almost 4 years old. Seller refuse refund

You have had this item for more than 30 days and when sold was working just fine. eBay guarantee is 30 days and you were home when received. As for delayed shipping that was beyond our control and item was sold to you at a discounted price!!!! Being over 30 days in your possession we have way no way of knowing if anything has been done to this unit!
