I guess you overlooked that I am selling them as "USED" and never claimed anywhere that meter ll be reset to zero. eBay condition also stated as "USED". Its hard to miss that. How can someone expect a $26.50 per meter including S&H to use expensive apparatus and technician time to reset the meter to zero also, is beyond me :(
