I have bought and paid for the item. A short time later, I was informed that the item was no longer in stock and the seller offered me another item instead, which was significantly lower quality and cheaper. I declined and got my money back. Two days later, the seller offered the same item again in his store. This time, my friend bought it and the seller also told him that the item was no longer in stock due to a system error and then offered him a cheaper and poorer quality item.
