Well the hot water never worked..I was hoping the control board would fix this issue..It did not.. this is why I hate to buy used parts ..for Ebay..now I'm stuck with 2 control boards that the hot water relays quit working '

I'd disconnect the wire harness from the terminal on the hot side, then put the washing machine on a hot-setting. Wait for when the control board is sending voltage to your harness. If you receive voltage, the issue is your hot valve. If you do not receive voltage, the issue could be the control board. Beings you've went through two control boards that have the same exact issue I'd lean more toward your valve being the issue. But if you do the method I mentioned above that can help prove it.
