Dishonest seller, selling pants with obvious defects. Confirmed the condition of the pants with the seller before shipping, but did not truthfully inform them

These used pants did not appear to have defects when I took the pictures. I point out and describe any defects that we see. This buyer is trying to extort a partial refund from me. I have offered to give a full refund including shipping if the buyer would simply return the item they are not happy with, but the buyer refuses to return the item.
