Sold me a complete control arm assembly, install it and with in a mile down the road the ball joint pops out of the control arm! I message them and they ask me if I installed the snap ring to hold the ball joint in! A) it didn't come with a snap ring B) how do you sell a complete unit and not secure the ball joint in place properly from the factory?!
