The insert is printed from regular printer paper. It looks like a bootleg copy, but the disc is from family video according to the sticker. A little disappointed as this was the last DVD I needed to complete my Hannah Montana collection. Going to have to search for another DVD to get the legit case. I would have liked to know this prior to buying.
