When I received the item it turned out to be a little out of calibration, and no test leads were included. The device itself however, is in very good shape, the screen is still nice and bright and all works as expected. I told the seller about the missing test leads and asked for half of the amount for brand new ones from keysight as a partial refund. The seller promptly refunded the exact amount I asked for. In the end, I'm a happy customer.

The listing clearly states "+ leads" and has a picture of a meter with leads. No leads were included. Upon closer inspection of all the listing pictures, I found the meter I received is clearly and undeniably different from the ones pictured. After reading through other reviews, I have concluded that a pattern of deceptive behavior with this seller exisits. Best to avoid.
