This seller is terrific. I'm a new buyer and didn't know a problem happened with my purchase (post office fault) until I saw my refund. Then I looked at my account and saw that I missed two messages from the seller that there had been a problem with delivery. He had tried to reach me twice before reselling the item. Thankfully the item was still available and I repurchased it and he sent it out same day even sending me a tracking number.
