I paid immediately upon the order. I paid the amount required by the seller. I then get an email advising that the cost may be more because of shipping costs that “ I choose”. I do not have any input into the shipping costs. That was listed and determined by the seller and is his responsibility- not my issue. I communicated with the seller in two emails of which EBay has on file in this matter. I know the seller is experienced and therefore I am just assuming a postal delay issue.
