He Sent me a damaged item not as pictured in the listing then tried to blame it on USPS the box it came in was emaculate, flawless. then he tried to weasel out of it by getting me to fill out an insurance form. When I refused he got hostal and mean. a he'll of an experience. Pictures in the listing show it was Mint. It was packaged with utmost care yet arrived damaged. We immediately told him we would either provide a refund or give him a replacement - his choice. We also asked that he simply fill out a quick form confirming the item arrived damaged to him - so that we could use it on the insurance claim. He refused to comply, yet we still told him we would honor the refund/replacement. That's where this stands. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
