This item was described as "tested and found to be in good working condition." However, the control circuit board was missing a cable connector an so I wasn't able to plug it in. I still give it three stars since the picture clearly shows that the connector is missing but I was misled by the text. Please add notes to indicate any known problems or damage with your parts.
